Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a strong B2B portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, hypermarkets, corporate buyers, distributors).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories: Homeware Blankets Bags Chairs Tables
  • Conduct regular client visits and develop strategic account plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and oversee collection cycles.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to support commercial strategy
  • Represent EBH & Mintra at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in non-food products, preferably:
  • Homeware / household goods
  • Blankets & textiles
  • Bags & luggage
  • Plastic furniture (chairs, tables)
  • Other non-food retail products
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet targets.
  • Valid driver s license and readiness for frequent client visits.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
