Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a strong B2B portfolio (wholesalers, retailers, hypermarkets, corporate buyers, distributors).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories: Homeware Blankets Bags Chairs Tables
- Conduct regular client visits and develop strategic account plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and oversee collection cycles.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors to support commercial strategy
- Represent EBH & Mintra at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Candidate Profile
- 3 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in non-food products, preferably:
- Homeware / household goods
- Blankets & textiles
- Bags & luggage
- Plastic furniture (chairs, tables)
- Other non-food retail products
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet targets.
- Valid driver s license and readiness for frequent client visits.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- CRM experience is a plus.
