Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective business clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Participate in virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events to expand professional network.

Provide regular feedback and insights to management to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Candidate should own a Car

1-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience working in a home-based or remote work arrangement.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse business clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
