Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new dealers to expand the business network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers
  • Monitor dealer performance and sales targets
  • Follow up on payments and overdue accounts
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams
  • Support dealers with operational and after-sales needs
  • Enhance brand visibility and product placement in the market

Job Details:

  • Full-time position
  • 8 working hours/day
  • Outdoor & office-based role (Sheikh Zayed)
  • 1 2 days off per week
  • 1-year renewable contract

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably skincare/cosmetics)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Intermediate English level

Energetic, flexible, and target-driven personality

Willingness to work outdoor and in-office
