Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and offering tailored solutions to businesses across sectors. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align our services (accounting, audit, tax, consulting, or digital solutions) with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through networking, and market research.
- Conduct meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and communicate the value of our services to decision-makers.
- Prepare customized proposals and pricing based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Track leads, activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in professional services, consulting, or SaaS).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and offer strategic solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Goal-driven with high energy, resilience, and professionalism.
