Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective:

To supervise the activities of the sales team within a specific geographical area, achieve sales and distribution targets, and execute sales plans to ensure market coverage, grow market share, and increase customer satisfaction.


 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the execution of daily, weekly, and quarterly sales plans within the designated area.
  • Lead and direct a team of sales representatives towards achieving distribution, market share, and sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales points performance, customer coverage, and ensure adequate product availability.
  • Analyze sales data, performance indicators for each representative and sub-area.
  • Train sales representatives on sales skills, negotiation, and customer handling.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve field issues in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Visit key customers in the area to strengthen relationships and evaluate service levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant higher qualification (University degree).
  • 7 to 10 years of prior experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on numbers and forecasts; ability to plan and execute long-term strategies; ability to build strong and sustainable customer relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking, People Management & Development, Result Orientation, Decision Making, and Change Management.
