Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of B2B Sales Executives in the field.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Conduct joint field visits with the team to boost sales performance.
- Monitor team progress and report key sales metrics.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with leadership responsibilities.
