Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for ERP and software solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
  • Promote and sell ERP (especially Odoo), web applications, and mobile app solutions.
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and cost estimates.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and client events.

Requirements:

  • 2 3+ years of experience in selling ERP or software solutions.
  • Previous experience working in a software house or tech company is a must.
  • Solid understanding of Odoo or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with custom software sales (web/mobile).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, or exhibitions (inside and outside Egypt)
