Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Booking & Financial Operations
- End-to-End Booking Management: Process and confirm online bookings between B2B clients and suppliers with speed and precision.
- Client Concierge: Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, sending professional welcome communications and issuing travel vouchers.
- Financial Integrity: Manage the invoicing lifecycle within our accounting system, including client billing and coordinating settlements with suppliers.
2. Inventory & Content Management
- Dynamic Loading: Accurately upload and maintain dynamic travel services, including rates, detailed descriptions, and seasonal promotions.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly test the visibility and "bookability" of services on the platform to ensure a bug-free user experience.
- Inventory Control: Manage "Stop Sales" efficiently to ensure platform availability matches real-time supplier inventory.
3. Partner Relations & Growth
- Portfolio Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing providers and actively scout for new suppliers to grow our service portfolio.
- Market Benchmarking: Monitor competitor rates and services; proactively contact suppliers to negotiate or fix rates to remain the preferred choice for our clients.
4. Technical & Admin Support
- Technical Liaison: Identify system glitches or areas for improvement and communicate clearly with the technical team to resolve issues.
- Back-Office Excellence: Maintain organized digital archives, manage professional email correspondence, and ensure all platform documentation is current.
