Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Conduct sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Manage the full B2C sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and update sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to achieving defined daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
