Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Manage the full B2C sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and update sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
  • Contribute to achieving defined daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
