Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
The BA Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the Beauty Advisor s performance and to optimize their contributions to the sales. He/She is also responsible for the continuous training of the Beauty Advisors.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Sales:
- Communicate with Beauty Advisors in order to receive their comments and suggestions; and give feedback.
- Follow-up on Beauty Advisors work in order to meet the company s sales expectations.
2.Management and training of Beauty Advisors:
- Schedule and monitor Beauty Advisors attendance, to ensure the discipline of the sales force and their presence in the market.
- Train and motivate the Beauty Advisors to enhance and develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities, especially the sales techniques standards.
- Conduct necessary disciplinary actions in order to deal with Beauty Advisor s performance and reprimand unsatisfactory behavior.
- Evaluate and assess the Beauty Advisors to guarantee a good performance.
- Coordinate all the activities with the Brand Manager to ensure the right workflow.
- Suggest improvements to Brand Manager in order to respond to customers needs.
- Prepare the commissions for the Beauty Advisors in order to facilitate the process.
- Control counter quality standards such as displays, hygiene, lighting, status, and of material to ensure appeal to customers.
- Monitor competitor s activities such as product range, new launchings, prices, offers, new and openings to sustain a competitive edge.
- Forecast probable future vacancies in order to address them to the PX Department.
3.Reporting:
- Prepare sales and target reports to be able to follow up on the Beauty Advisors performance on daily basis, and inform the management about any changes if they occur.
4.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 8 years of experience, preferably in the beauty industry, including 4 years in a supervisory role with a proven track record in team management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and selling skills with an ability to provide great customer service.
- Portrays an aesthetic that echoes professionalism and the brand s image.
