Roles & Responsibilities

Building on your solid foundation in tax law, we will teach you how to develop and combine standardized and customized structuring models in corporate tax law. We guarantee excellent training in structuring advice and the continuous development of your consulting skills and expertise.

Their range of activities

  • Preparation, support and responsibility for projects in corporate tax law
  • Focus on restructuring, corporate succession, corporate transactions and international tax law
  • Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations
  • Participation in client meetings and presentations
  • Communication with clients via telephone, video call and in-person meetings
  • Preparation and participation in client presentations

If desired, you can also work at the interface between design consulting (80%) and ongoing tax consulting (20%) and thus become familiar with both areas.

Expertise & Experience

  • They have in-depth knowledge of tax law/corporate tax law and are interested in complex structuring models.
  • They enjoy tax-related issues and preparing presentations as part of a team (with other tax assistants and tax advisors).
  • Thanks to your confident and professional demeanor, contact with clients is particularly important to you.
  • DATEV knowledge is not mandatory. However, you should have sound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) and enjoy preparing tax-related documents and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree in tax law or your diploma in finance.

Ideally, you also have a master's degree or are aiming for a (part-time) master's degree in tax law and would like to take the tax advisor exam in the future.
