Roles & Responsibilities

The Back Office Associate plays a vital role in managing reservations, payments, vendor coordination, and client relationships to ensure seamless travel experiences. This role covers the full booking cycle from data entry and invoicing to cancellations, amendments, in-resort support, and post-travel follow-ups while also focusing on client satisfaction, innovation, and workflow improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and handling chargebacks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Capable of handling cancellations, amendments, and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Creative thinking to improve workflows, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support process improvement initiatives.
