Roles & Responsibilities
Optimum Invest SAL is seeking a Junior Back Office professional to play a key role in overseeing and strengthening our Capital Markets operations.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will take ownership of core back-office functions, ensure operational excellence, and act as a reliable point of reference for complex transactions and controls.
Desired Candidate Profile
BA in Finance or Financial Engineering (required)
MBA is a strong advantage
In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle management, settlement, reconciliations, and post-trade controls
Strong understanding of SWIFT transfers and messaging (MT/MX), including payments, confirmations, and exception handling
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize risk mitigation, and support operational decision-making
High level of accuracy, accountability, and professionalism
