Roles & Responsibilities

Home & Communication

  • Welcoming visitors, clients and suppliers with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails and mail.
  • Ensure the smooth transmission of internal information.

Secr tariat & Administration

  • To draft, format and classify administrative documents.
  • Organize meetings, travel and appointments.
  • Ensure the follow-up of administrative files (contracts, invoices, correspondence, etc.).

Documentation & Archiving

  • To set up and maintain a physical and digital archiving system.
  • Manage internal documentation (reports, notes, procedures, technical plans, etc.).

General Resources & Workplace Management

  • Oversee the office's needs: supplies, equipment, maintenance, service providers.
  • Ensure the logistical coordination of internal/external technical interventions.
  • Participate in the security and proper maintenance of the premises.
  • Supporting management in the day-to-day operations of the site.

  • Knowledge of document management and archiving.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
