Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
Build high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Architect microservices and distributed systems
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and resilience
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Participate in system design and key technical decisions
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in Node.js with Express.js or NestJS
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with RESTful API design standards
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of Docker and containerization
Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Experience with system design at scale
Understanding of security best practices
