Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years as a Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of Node.js applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js.
- Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
