Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 4 6 years of experience who has strong core engineering fundamentals and a growth mindset. You ll work on building scalable backend systems while continuously learning and applying modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Implement unit tests to ensure reliability and stability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability

Core Requirements

4 6 years of backend development experience

Strong proficiency in Python

Solid understanding of unit testing practices (pytest)

Solid proficiency using git

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban) Strong problem-solving and software design skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Familiarity with:

Firebase

Cloud Functions

BigQuery

Firestore

Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring, etc.)
