Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Back-End Technical Lead to lead the technical development of our platform. The system consists of a .NET backend, Angular web application, and Flutter mobile application.

The role focuses on designing and building the backend architecture, ensuring system scalability and performance, and leading the development team technically. The candidate will be responsible for defining backend standards, guiding developers, and ensuring smooth integration between backend services, web applications, and mobile applications.

Architecture and System Design

  • Design and maintain the backend architecture using .NET
  • Define and build REST APIs used by Angular and Flutter applications
  • Design scalable and maintainable system architecture
  • Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend services
  • Design and optimize database structures

Backend Development

  • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core
  • Implement secure and scalable API services
  • Ensure clean architecture and maintainable code
  • Integrate backend with internal and external systems

Database Management

  • Design and manage MongoDB data structures, SQL, and Azure storage
  • Optimize queries, indexing, and performance
  • Define best practices for data management and storage

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and supervise the development team
  • Guide developers on technical architecture and coding standards
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Support developers in solving complex technical issues
  • Ensure alignment between backend, web, and mobile development

Team Coordination

  • Work with product and management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support sprint planning and task breakdown
  • Ensure consistent progress and delivery across development teams

Integration with Web and Mobile

  • Ensure seamless integration with Angular web applications
  • Support backend integration with Flutter mobile applications
  • Define API structures that support both platforms efficiently
