Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate backhoe machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and trenching tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and the overall condition of the equipment, to prevent breakdowns.
  • Excavate and grade surfaces to precise depths and specifications using various attachments, ensuring accuracy and minimizing material waste.
  • Load and unload materials, such as soil, gravel, and debris, onto trucks and other transport vehicles, optimizing efficiency and preventing spillage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred to demonstrate a basic level of education.

  • Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is often required for operating heavy machinery on public roads.

  • Obtain a Backhoe Operator Certification from a recognized training program to prove competency and safety awareness.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating backhoes and related heavy equipment, showcasing practical expertise.

  • Aramco certificate
