Roles & Responsibilities


  • Technical know-how: Mastery of bread-making and pastry-making techniques.
  • Rigour: Compliance with hygiene rules (HACCP) and technical data sheets.
  • Good physical condition: Ability to work standing up, carry loads and withstand high temperatures.
  • Schedule: Early morning hours, weekend and holiday work
