Baker / Assistant Baker

We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread, cakes, pastries, buns, and desserts .
• Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor stock of raw materials and ingredients.
• Ensure proper storage of bakery items and ingredients.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred)
• Experience: 1+ year for Assistant Baker / 2+ years for Baker
• Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
