Roles & Responsibilities


A Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. They ensure high-quality products by following recipes and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes
Operate ovens and other baking equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent product quality
Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer specifications
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area
Experiment with new recipes and baking techniques
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
