Job Summary We are looking for a Bakery Helper who assists bakers in preparing, baking, decorating, packaging, and displaying bakery products such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods for one of our hospitality client in Al Ai,UAE. The role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, operating basic bakery equipment, and ensuring food safety standards are followed. Key Responsibilities Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes. Assist in mixing, baking, and decorating bakery products. Prepare dough, batters, fillings, and toppings. Package and label baked goods for display or sale. Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, utensils, and work areas. Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory management. Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Support bakers during production and busy periods
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic food preparation and baking knowledge. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Attention to detail and quality. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
