Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
experience in calcium carbonate or silica or minerals grinding or crusher
Operate and monitor ball mill equipment, ensuring optimal grinding efficiency and product quality by adjusting operational parameters.Perform routine inspections of the ball mill, identifying and addressing mechanical issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safe operations.
Control feed rates and material flow, optimizing the grinding process to meet production targets and minimize waste.
Collect and analyze samples of the milled product, making necessary adjustments to the mill's settings to achieve the desired particle size distribution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in industrial operations or a related field, showcasing specialized knowledge.
- Prior experience in a ball mill environment or similar industrial setting, indicating familiarity with relevant machinery.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ball mill operation, proving practical expertise in the role.
