Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ballet Instructor to inspire students of varying ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach classical ballet techniques, posture, alignment,
flexibility, and coordination to students of all ages and skill
levels.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with IAID s
dance curriculum. (We follow the BTDA syllabus.)
Train students for performances, recitals, and dance
examinations.
Provide individualized feedback and support to help
students achieve technical and artistic growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or professional qualification in Dance
(specialization in Ballet preferred).
Strong background in classical ballet; knowledge of
contemporary or other dance styles is an added advantage.
Prior teaching experience with children and adults in group
and individual settings (2-3 Years).
Excellent communication skills (English) and a positive,
encouraging teaching approach.
Passion for dance education and performance.
