Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and process payments, including supplier invoices, payroll, and other financial obligations.

Monitor and maintain accurate of all banking activities and balances.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.

At least two years of experience working on Odoo system in the required specialization .

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance.
2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on banking operations.
Strong understanding of banking procedures, cash management, and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
