Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with account inquiries and transactions, ensuring a personalized banking experience that fosters customer loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend tailored banking products that align with clients' needs and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working diligently to resolve issues and retain client trust.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management that highlight customer trends and service performance.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to clients for cross-selling opportunities, maximizing account growth and revenue generation.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services, promoting self-service options to improve convenience and satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and introduction to the bank's services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for banking principles.
  • Experience in retail banking or financial services, showcasing familiarity with client interactions and product offerings.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in a second language, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, essential for accurately assessing client needs and financial data.
