Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities :

Execute daily banking transactions including payments, reconciliations, and settlements.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and transaction records.
Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for operational efficiency.
Support audits, documentation, and system updates.
Handle data entry and verification for financial systems and ensure accuracy in records.
Identify and escalate any irregularities or discrepancies in transactions.

Required Qualifications :

Nationality: Emirati (with family book)
Gender: Male & Female
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
Experience: 1 2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or accounting
Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of ERP or core banking systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
