Key Responsibilities Manage banking infrastructure, accounts, and reconciliation processes Ensure accurate and timely settlements across fiat and crypto transactions Coordinate with banking partners, custodians, and compliance teams Monitor liquidity, cash flow, and payment pipelines Assist in implementing new banking solutions and integrations Troubleshoot transaction issues and implement risk controls Requirements Proven experience in banking operations, payment processing, or treasury functions Strong understanding of crypto/forex environments Familiar with SWIFT, SEPA, and blockchain settlements Proficient in Excel and/or banking dashboards Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
