A Banking Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the financial success of a bank by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Responsibilities

  • Participate in training programs and refresher courses to maintain product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and their applications in banking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player is required.
  • Proficiency in standard banking software and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Strong ethical standards and thorough knowledge of banking regulations are important.
