Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate seamless event execution, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations, from initial planning to final takedown.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse banquet team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes exceptional service delivery and staff development.
  • Manage and oversee banquet operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their vision and providing expert guidance to translate concepts into unforgettable event experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a strong foundation in event planning and operations.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of at least 5 years of progressive experience in banquet management within the hospitality industry.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the luxury hotel and event industry, with experience in high-end venues preferred.
