Roles & Responsibilities
At Four Seasons Hotel Pearl, the Banquet Server is an essential part of our events team, ensuring flawless service during weddings, conferences, and special occasions. This role supports the success of our banquet operations by delivering exceptional food and beverage service with precision and care.
What You Will Do- Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setup of tables, chairs, linens, and d cor.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for subsequent courses or events.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and storage of equipment.
- Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred; hospitality background is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
