Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate seamless event execution: Oversee all banquet operations, ensuring flawless service delivery from setup to breakdown, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Lead and motivate the banquet team: Provide strong leadership, training, and performance management to a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage event logistics and planning: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to meticulously plan event details, including timelines, layouts, and resource allocation.
  • Uphold service standards and quality control: Ensure adherence to established service standards, consistently monitoring and maintaining food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in banquet operations, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-volume catering environment.
  • Holds relevant certifications in food safety, alcohol service, or event management, showcasing commitment to industry standards.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international cuisine, beverage service, and event planning principles.
