Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure personalized and high-quality service for VIP guests

  • Welcome and assist VIP guests during dining

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service team for special requests

  • Ensure privacy, comfort, and quick service

  • Handle VIP guest feedback and resolve concerns immediately

  • Maintain high service standards and presentation


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience & Background


  • Minimum 3–5 years in F&B service, preferably in hotels or luxury restaurants

  • Experience in VIP or fine dining service is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with hotel operations and service standards



2. Skills & Competencies


  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to manage and train staff

  • Good coordination with kitchen and other departments

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards

  • Ability to handle VIP guests and resolve complaints tactfully



3. Personal Attributes


  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Calm under pressure, organized, and proactive

  • High attention to detail and guest satisfaction
