Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering beverages and appetizers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Expertly set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, and linens, adhering to event specifications for a polished presentation.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, managing multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining impeccable service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively, refilling drinks, clearing plates promptly, and addressing requests with courtesy and attentiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant hospitality certification or diploma, showcasing a commitment to industry standards.
  • Has at least 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, indicating practical knowledge and adaptability.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of food service operations and event management.
