Reporting to the Bartender, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• To serve customers according to their expectations and Fairmont standards.
• To be responsible for the proper execution of setups and the preparation of one's sector
• Prepare the cutlery according to the orders, fetch the food from the kitchen and clear the tables in your area
• Use the Micros point-of-sale system and place orders for drinks and food.
• To carry out the opening and closing tasks of the restaurant, alternating with work colleagues.
• Communicate problems or anomalies to your supervisor
• Participate in training courses offered in the restaurant industry
• Participate in the service of banquets and events taking place at the hotel, upon request
• To perfect one's technical and theoretical knowledge in order to ensure a perfect service for a demanding clientele.
• Know the technical standards and LQA patterns and put them into practice
• Understanding the FCB concept
• To commit to the quality of its service, its discretion and its perfect honesty
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a professional attitude, smile, and remain calm at all times.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, regulations, and service standards related to points of sale.
• Respect all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and drinks.
• Respect ergonomic workplace standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
