An amazing opportunity has opened up for an experience Bar Supervisor to join the team in our Al Hanah Bar. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that will make our guests feel both welcomed and cared for. Guests will look to you to guide them through their choice of beverage based on their taste and preference.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist in creating innovative beverage menus and promotions in line with market trends.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and wine selections.
• Foster a positive working environment, supporting teamwork and professional development.
