Your Role:

As a Barback, you will:

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment at all times.
• Prepare the morning mise-en-place, ensuring smooth bar operations.
• Assist the bar team during service hours, supporting them in delivering an exceptional LPM experience.
• Master basic product knowledge and the coffee-making process to support guest needs.
• Handle and maintain bar equipment such as glassware, utensils, and ice machines with care and precision.
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and cohesive working environment.

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, preferably in a bar setting.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong skills in organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Physical stamina to manage tasks like lifting heavy loads and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude.
