Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in setting up and closing the bar each shift.
- Maintain bar stock levels of liquor, beer, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Organize and restock glassware, silverware, and bar tools.
- Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and well-presented at all times.
- Sweep, mop, and tidy storage areas, coolers, and service counters.
- Dispose of trash and remove soiled glassware promptly.
- Support with set-ups and re-set-ups during busy service periods.
- Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a Barback or Barman, ideally in a hotel or upscale bar.
Background in hospitality operations is preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
