What You ll Do
Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks following standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with care and precision.
Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times in line with hygiene standards.
Manage coffee supplies and ingredients to ensure uninterrupted service.
Work with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
Follow cash handling, inventory control, and safety guidelines.
Stay up to date with coffee trends and brewing techniques to enhance guest experience.
Support hotel events, promotions, and activities when required.

Ideal Profile
Previous barista experience in a hotel, caf , or restaurant preferred.
Skilled in operating coffee machines and related equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and quality standards.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible with work schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food handling certification or willingness to obtain it.
