Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automatic coffee machines with precision and consistency to ensure high-quality beverage preparation.
- Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty lattes, and seasonal offerings, following standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment, workstations, and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other consumables, reporting low stock levels promptly.
- Engage with customers warmly and professionally, providing recommendations and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and food handling procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in a coffee shop or food service environment, preferably with hands-on experience using automatic coffee machines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of coffee types, brewing methods, and customer service best practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, seasonal menus, and operational procedures.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
