Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to join our in-house café team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while ensuring a welcoming and professional service experience for all employees and guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related café equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the café area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
  • Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed throughout the day.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient café operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and cooperative team player.
