What You ll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and flair. Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming, personalized experience. Maintain clenliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area. Assist with menu development and introduce creative beverage ideas aligned with Hyatt Centric s style. Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues. Work closely with F&B and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service across the outlet. Qualifications Previous barista or caf experience in a high-volume or premium setting preferred. A passion for coffee, guest service, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests from around the world. Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art an advantage. A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and readiness to learn.
