Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, Arabic coffee (Gahwa), chai, and other beverages
- Operate and maintain the coffee machine and bar equipment
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
- Refill supplies and monitor stock levels
- Follow company standards for quality and presentation
- Provide polite and professional customer service
- Previous proven experience as a barista
- Knowledge of preparing gahwa, chai, and specialty coffee
- Ability to operate a coffee machine
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Clean and neat appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
