Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
Ensure all coffee machines and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory restocking.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated on new drink recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
