Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to company recipes and brand standards.
Supervise, guide, and support baristas to ensure smooth shift operations.
Conduct barista training and certification programs in line with company requirements.
Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
Ensure proper use, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and control waste in alignment with company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Assist the Caf Manager in implementing promotions, seasonal menus, and product launches.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of barista experience.
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and beverage trends.
Proven experience in training and developing staff.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with caf operations, stock management, and POS systems.
