Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment properly.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Handle cash transactions and POS system operations.
Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
Assist in upselling products and promoting seasonal items.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 5 years of experience as a Barista.
Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art.
Experience with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Basic English and Arabic language skills.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
