We are looking for a Barista. As a Barista you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the preparation and serving of high-quality beverages. You will create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers while efficiently and accurately fulfilling their orders. The role involves a combination of customer interaction, beverage preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.



Key Responsibilities:


Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

Take customer orders and provide information on menu items.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while managing customer expectations.

Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to established standards.

Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other tools with precision.

Consistently maintain the quality and taste of beverages.

Stay informed about coffee blends, brewing methods, and other menu items.

Educate customers on different coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences.

Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and provide accurate change to customers.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and service areas.

Regularly clean coffee machines, utensils, and other equipment.

Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

Assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages.

Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.


Qualifications:


None or Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
