Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and cold drinks according to standard recipes.
Welcome customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
Provide customers with recommendations and knowledge about coffee blends and menu items.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Barista is required.
Ability to use espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothing techniques.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.
