Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including countertops, equipment, and seating areas.
• Process payments through the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and seasonal products to customers.

Skills & Experiences

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
